Outward Processing Regime Transactions

Outward Processing Regime, is a system created for temporary exportation of goods in free circulation for processing, repair or renewal, ensuring that the processed product enters free circulation by benefiting from a full or partial exemption, to encourage the sale of exported goods, provided that the basic economic interests of the producers in Turkey, without affecting who produce the same or similar imported processed products.

Processing Regime under Customs Control

We provide all your transactions at the most affordable costs within the scope of the processing regime under customs control.

The processing procedure under customs control is applied for transactions where the import duty of the processed product is cheaper than the tax of the imported product it contains, or for the goods that need to be processed to ensure compliance with some technical regulations required for entry into free circulation.

Free Zone Operations

Financial Leasing Operations

Referring to the Factoring and Financing Companies Law, the definition of Financial Leasing No. 6361 is as follows:

Provided that it is based on a finance lease it refers to; transfer of ownership of a property to the lessee at the end of the lease term for financing by the authorized lessor, granting the lessee the right to purchase at a lower price than the price of the property at the end of the lease term; leasing transaction that provides any of the cases where the lease term covers more than eighty percent of the economic life of the property or the sum of the present values of the lease payments to be made according to the financial leasing agreement constitutes a value greater than ninety percent of the fair value of the property.
